1) What counties do you service?

We service many counties in Central Florida, including Orange, Osceola, Lake, Seminole, Polk, Volusia, Marion, Sumter, and Brevard. In the Southeast part of Florida, we service Indian River, St. Lucie, Martin, Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties.

2) How do I book an inspection?

Booking an inspection is quite easy. You can either book on our website by heading to our contact page and filling out your information or by calling us at (407) 204-9686. The online scheduling is quick and simple, but if needed, we will have an expert walk you through it for a smooth start to the inspection process, answering any questions or concerns. Once scheduled, you will get a confirmation email/text and a reminder prior to your inspection.

3) What should I do to prepare for the inspection?

​In order to be totally prepared for your inspector, you should provide easy access to the following areas:

4) What forms of payment are accepted?

​Our company accepts cash, check, or most major debit/credit cards. Payment can be made online prior to inspector's arrival, or at the time of the inspection. Reports are locked until full payments are made and inspection agreements are accepted by client.

​5) What are your inspector's credentials?

Our inspectors have done over 2,500 inspections ranging from full property inspections, to wind mitigations, to mobile home tie downs. On top of many years of in the field experience, our inspectors have had over 120 hours of certified training through Inspection Certification Associates courses. All inspectors have required state license's through The International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI). Also, we have inspector insurance up to $1,000,000 in general liability.

6) What is the turnaround time to get the reports?

​Once inspections are completed and we leave your home, the inspection reports are sent to you within 30 minutes. If you are working with a realtor or insurance agent, we are able to send the reports directly to them as well to make the process easier for you!
